Shipping & Delivery

Because every piece is handcrafted in our studio, we take a little extra time to make sure your order is just right. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order or custom-tailored pieces take 7–14 business days to craft before they ship.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days across India after dispatch. International shipping typically takes 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is complimentary on orders above ₹500 within India. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies. International rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow your piece on its way to you.
