Return & Exchange Policy

Every piece in our collection is handcrafted with care — and we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, here's how we handle returns and exchanges.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange a piece within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the same condition as received. For exchanges, please share your preferred size when initiating the request.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our studio, you'll be notified by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Handcrafted Imperfections

Slight variations in colour, weave, embroidery, or print are a natural part of handcrafted clothing and are celebrated as marks of authenticity — these are not considered defects.

Non-returnable Items

Custom-made or made-to-order pieces, intimate wear, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
